A 25% deposit secures a reservation, with the balance payable 8 weeks before the rental commences.
£ security bond will be pre-authorised on a credit card 7–10 days before arrival and released after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.

Private swimming pool
The pool is open from Pool is open until October 16th 2026. April 17th to October 15th 2027.
Pool heating is included from 18th of September 2026 to 15th of May 2027, and from 17th of September 2027 to 17th of September 2027. Outside of these dates, the cost is £235 per week.
