Escapades de Monbazillac is beautiful holiday accommodation with a private heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and stunning far-reaching views over the valley below and Bergerac in the distance. 1.2km to Monbazillac with restaurants and 9km to Bergerac. Set in the Dordogne, SW France.
Escapades de Monbazillac is just 1.2km (3/4 of a mile) from the centre of the village of Monbazillac, a fairly flat walk along the small country road. Monbazillac has 2 restaurants Le Semillon, is usually open all year round with the exception of January, and Maison Vari opens from April to October. There is also a village cafe bar.
The famous Chateau at Monbazillac is well worth a visit of the ancient castle followed by some wine tasting. There is a nice view of the chateau from the pool. Read more about the stunning Monbazillac white wine.

Private covered hot tub with wonderful far-reaching valley views, there is also a nice view of the impressive Monbazillac chateau nearby.

The is one of two properties at the end of a private road shared by a very small comunity of properties. The villa has a vineyard on 2 sides.

No booking fee. A 25% deposit secures a reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks before rental commencement.
The refundable security bond of €500 is payable with the balance which is returned within 7 days of departure subject to a satisfactory inspection.

Situated in the Dordogne 9km from the famous town of Bergerac in the region of Aquitaine.
Bordeaux city centre is a 103km drive to the west and Bergerac is just 9km to the north, Saint Émilion 66km west, Périgueux 56km north.
This is the ideal base from which to explore South West France. Located in the Dordogne and is considered to be one of the most picturesque areas of France.
The gently rolling countryside is a pleasure to explore, with excellent roads winding their way through fields and vineyards. Perfect cycling country!

Explore characteristic narrow lanes lined with wine merchants, cafes, restaurants and interesting independent shops. A guided tour of the monolithic church is highly recommended.
Bergerac
The beautiful bastide town of Bergerac is well worth a visit. Set on the banks of the Dordogne river there is plenty to see here including a weekly market, a museum or take a boat trip on the river and watch the lovely scenery pass you by.
Most towns in the region have weekly markets and some have weekly summer night markets.
Bordeaux
This designated world heritage site is a must for all visitors. This cosmopolitan city offers a diverse range of attractions. The golden triangle has a fabulous range of shops for those shopaholics.
A rich variety of architecture forms the backdrop for the street cafes, restaurants, bars and not forgetting the superb Grand Theatre.
