L’Annexe is an apartment without a pool; it is part of a complex of 4 luxury lodges, and the other 3 lodges have their own private facilities. 3km to Eymet. The popular historical town of Eymet has a selection of restaurants and shops. Set in the Dordogne, SW France.
L’Annexe is just 3km from the historical town of Eymet and 23km from Bergerac. Near the cities of Lauzun 10km, Miramont de Guyenne 14km, Duras 23km, Monsegur (33580) 31km.
This is a ground-floor apartment, the 4th property in a row of 3 neighbouring lodges. These lodges have their own private pool, sauna and hot tub.
Compared to the lodges, L’Annexe is smaller, a 1-bedroom self-contained apartment without the facilities of the lodges, but it can be booked if you require a 2nd bedroom. L’Annexe is located next door to Reverie en Perigord.
An additional property, Le Refuge, is a 2-bedroom villa 2 minutes’ walk down the road.
The lodges are managed by the owners who live in a neighbouring property just down the road, a very welcoming couple.
Children over the age of 18 months are not permitted at L’Annexe or the other lodges located here.
This is the ground-floor part of the building only; above is a space used for private wine tastings, yoga, and massage for guests staying at the lodge complex. When in the area, this is one of the properties we stay at.
Bedroom
180cm wide, 200cm long King Size bed with bed linen provided. Air-conditioned and a built-in wardrobe.
The door opens out onto the terrace with fantastic views. Electric shutters and blinds for the windows and door.
Showeroom
Walk-in shower and wash basin. There is a separate wc.
Open plan living space
A large sliding glass door leads out onto a second terrace with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy the stunning views. Electric shutters for the door and window. This space is Air-conditioned.
