L’Annexe is a stylish one-bedroom ground-floor apartment near Eymet in the Dordogne, ideal for 2 guests, with air conditioning, private terraces and beautiful countryside views.
L’Annexe is approximately 3km from the historic town of Eymet, with its restaurants, cafés, shops and popular weekly market. Bergerac is approximately 23km away.
Other nearby towns include Lauzun 10km, Miramont-de-Guyenne 14km, Duras 23km and Monsegur 31km.
L’Annexe is one of four neighbouring holiday properties. Three of the properties are 5-star rated luxury lodges offering similar facilities, while L’Annexe is the smaller fourth property and differs in size and specification. The accommodation is adults-only, although babies under 18 months are welcome.
We sometimes stay at L’Annexe ourselves when we are in the area, so we know the property and its surroundings particularly well.
Unlike the three neighbouring lodges, L’Annexe does not have a swimming pool, sauna or hot tub.
This smaller self-contained apartment can also be booked alongside one of the neighbouring lodges when additional bedroom accommodation is required. L’Annexe is located next to Rêverie en Périgord.
The properties are managed by the welcoming owners, who live nearby in a separate property.
L’Annexe occupies the ground floor of the building. The space above is used for private wine tastings, yoga and massage sessions for guests staying within the lodge complex.

The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a built-in wardrobe.
A door opens directly onto the terrace with beautiful countryside views. Electric shutters and blinds are fitted to the windows and door.

Walk-in shower and washbasin.
There is a separate WC.

The bright open-plan living area is air-conditioned and has a large sliding glass door opening onto a second private terrace with a table and chairs and countryside views.

A 25% deposit secures a reservation, with the balance payable 8 weeks before rental commencement.
A £800 security bond is pre-authorised against a credit card 7–10 days before arrival and released after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided and changed on Wednesdays and Saturdays for stays of 7 nights or more.
