Les Bories has a private heated pool and wonderful far-reaching views over unspoilt countryside. Located 1.7km from Levignac de Guyenne and a short drive to other historic towns and villages in this wonderful region of SW France.
A 1.7 km walk to the village of Lévignac-de-Guyenne, which has a small epicerie, boulangerie/patisserie, and beauty salon, and hosts a popular night market every Friday in the months of July & August.
4 bedrooms suitable for up to 8 guests plus babies.
The entire property is on the ground floor, making it suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Bedrooms 1 & 2 are located off the main entrance hall and share a bathroom with a shower, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 1: Double room (160cm x 200cm bed), views over the front garden. Wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
Bedroom 2: Twin room. Wardrobe with drawers and bedside tables.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are located off the hallway opposite the kitchen and share a shower room with a washbasin and a separate WC.
Bedroom 3: Double room (160cm x 200cm bed). Wardrobe with shelves, clothes hanging space and bedside tables.
Bedroom 4: Twin room with views over the garden, dining terrace and pool. Chest of drawers, clothes hanging space and bedside tables.
Cleaning, towels and linen
Bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels are included in the price.
Baby and toddler facilities
A travel cot, high chair and a baby bath can be provided on request.
Kitchen
Light and airy, well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the alfresco dining terrace with a charcoal BBQ. Single electric oven, 5-ring gas hob, kettle, toaster, Philips Senseo coffee machine (please supply your own coffee bags), electric cafetiere, fridge-freezer with cold-water/ice machine, and dishwasher.
Iron & ironing board.
There is a washing machine in a separate part of the villa.
Living room
Characterful living/dining room with a beamed ceiling and a feature fireplace housing a wood-burning stove. French satellite TV with some English channels.
Private secure swimming pool
The wonderful private, heated saltwater pool measures 11m x 4.5m and is a continuous 1.45m deep. There is a 1m-wide platform across the entire width of the pool, 25cm deep. 3 corner steps lead into the pool, which has an electric security cover.
Garden and outside space
The spacious grounds wrap around Les Bories on 3 sides and boast uninterrupted views across open countryside. For dog owners, please note the garden is not enclosed.

Reservation Information
No booking fee.
A 25% deposit secures a reservation, with the balance payable 8 weeks before the rental commences.
A security bond of £500 is pre-authorised against a credit card 7-10 days before arrival and will be cancelled, subject to satisfactory inspection, after departure.
An extra security deposit of £250 applies to bookings with pets.

A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are considered on request; 50 € per dog per booking applies, plus an additional security deposit of 250 €.
Les Bories is situated near the historical towns of Duras 6km (Lot et Garonne), Monsegur 13km (Gironde), Sainte-Foy-La-Grande 29km, Eymet 23km (Dordogne) in the region of Aquitaine within the Bordeaux wine region and on the borders of the Dordogne, Gironde and Lot et Garonne in SW France.
Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are all situated in the towns above.
Bordeaux city centre is a 97km drive to the west, Bergerac is 46km to the east and Saint Émilion 50km northwest.
