Les Bories has a private pool, wonderful far-reaching views, walk to a small supermarket 1.7km, this spacious holiday villa is just a short drive to historic towns and villages, SW France.

4 bedrooms, one with 2 children’s bunk beds, for up to 10 guests, suitable for up to 8 adults.
2 shower rooms, 2 wc’s one of which is separate.
The entire property is on the ground floor.

Reservation Information
No booking fee.
A 25% deposit secures a reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks before rental commencement.
A security bond of £500 is pre-authorised against a credit card 7 – 10 days before arrival and will be cancelled subject to satisfactory inspection after departure.
An extra security deposit of £250 applies to bookings with pets.

Private swimming pool
The pool is open from the beginning of April – until the beginning of November.
Included in the price
Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels.
A weekly change of bed linen and bath towels are supplied for bookings of 2 weeks or more.

Pets
A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are considered on request, £50 per dog per booking plus an extra security deposit of £250 applies.
Les Bories is situated near the historical towns of Duras 6km (Lot et Garonne), Monsegur 13km (Gironde), Sainte-Foy-La-Grande 29km, Eymet 23km (Dordogne) in the region of Aquitaine within the Bordeaux wine region and on the borders of the Dordogne, Gironde and Lot et Garonne in SW France.
Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are all situated in the towns above.
Bordeaux city centre is a 97km drive to the west, Bergerac is 46km to the east and Saint Émilion 50km northwest.
