Lévignac-de-Guyenne is just 1.7km away, with a small épicerie, boulangerie/pâtisserie and beauty salon. During July and August, the village hosts a popular Friday night market.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Each bedroom has a fan and insect screens on the windows. Three hairdryers are provided.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located off the main entrance hall and share a bathroom with a shower, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed and views over the front garden. Wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with wardrobe, drawers and bedside tables.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located off the hallway opposite the kitchen and share a shower room with wash basin and a separate WC.
Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed. Wardrobe with shelves, clothes hanging space and bedside tables.
Bedroom 4: Twin bedroom with views over the garden, dining terrace and pool. Chest of drawers, clothes hanging space and bedside tables.
Cleaning, towels and linen
Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are included in the price.
Baby and toddler facilities
A travel cot, high chair and baby bath can be provided on request.
Kitchen
The light and airy, well-equipped kitchen has direct access to the alfresco dining terrace with a charcoal BBQ.
Facilities include a single electric oven, 5-ring gas hob, kettle, toaster, Philips Senseo coffee machine (please supply your own coffee bags), electric cafetière, fridge-freezer with cold-water and ice dispenser, and dishwasher.
Iron and ironing board.
There is a washing machine in a separate part of the villa.
Living room
Characterful living and dining room with a beamed ceiling and feature fireplace housing a wood-burning stove.
French satellite TV with some English channels.
Private heated swimming pool
The private heated saltwater pool measures 11m x 4.5m and has a continuous depth of 1.45m.
A 1m-wide platform, 25cm deep, runs across the entire width of the pool. Three corner steps provide access to the water.
The pool is secured by an electric security cover.
Garden and outside space
The spacious grounds wrap around Les Bories on three sides and enjoy uninterrupted views across the surrounding countryside.
For dog owners, please note that the garden is not enclosed.

Book direct with confidence: Every property is personally selected and its ownership verified by us.
No booking fee.
A 25% deposit secures a reservation, with the balance payable 8 weeks before rental commencement.
A £500 security bond is pre-authorised against a credit card 7–10 days before arrival and released after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.
An additional £250 security bond applies to bookings with pets.

Additional Charges
Taxe de Séjour (Tourism Tax) applies to adults aged 18 and over and is calculated according to the number of guests and the rental rate. It is payable with the balance.

Dog Friendly
A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs may be accepted on request at a charge of £50 per dog, per booking, together with an additional £250 security bond.
Please note: Charging electric vehicles from the property’s electricity supply is not permitted.
