We had an exceptional stay at Villa Pin Napoléon. As soon as we arrived, we were seduced by the magnificent setting and the tranquility of the place. The villa is simply splendid: tastefully decorated, spacious and perfectly equipped!
The owners were welcoming and warm. From the first contact, they were very responsive and attentive to our needs!
Thanks again

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful house. It’s beautifully decorated and so many details have been considered. The children’s bunk room was a particular highlight for our kids (aged 8-12) who loved being in one room, but with their own spaces. The pool, gardens and roof terrace provide a great variety of outside areas to play, relax and eat.
The location is excellent, with everything you need (small supermarket, bakery, restaurants) within walking distance. We love the night market!
Patrice and Laurence are lovely, responsive hosts, and nothing was too much trouble. We’ve already booked to return next year!

Excellent family stay in this magnificent villa, very functional where everyone can find their own space, where everyone can gather on the ground floor or upper floor terrace, Monségur shops and restaurants just a stone’s throw away. Thank you for your welcome and your entire renovation of this magnificent ensemble.

We are delighted with the stay we had there with our friends. The services of this villa are exceptional, both for the interior and exterior spaces. The children loved their private corner and the adults loved the lounge area. The villa is also very well located and allows you to enjoy the charm of Monségur. The welcome from the owners is top notch. We recommend!

We spent an exceptional week with friends at Villa Pin Napoléon!
Everything we could dream of was in the house.
The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is equipped and adapted to accommodate many guests, the garden with its two terraces, its pétanque court and its swimming pool allow everyone to find what they are looking for. Finally, the hosts are incredibly kind, we had the feeling of being welcomed by long-time friends!
We will come back with great pleasure!

We rented the house for a week and it was a real pleasure. The house is very pleasant to live in (magnificent decoration, very well equipped, extremely comfortable bedding, etc.), despite the weather we really had a great time with the family (pétanque court, billiards, etc.). The village is charming and lively, not to mention Laurence and Patrice (owners) who welcomed us very warmly. We will return without hesitation and strongly recommend this rental. Many thanks!!

We had a wonderful week in Monsegur. The villa is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. There was plenty of room for the nine of us with beautiful outdoor and indoor spaces. Our host Patrice was extremely responsive and communicated quickly and easily with us. The town is small, but has several restaurants/cafés as well as a bakery and a small grocery store all within walking distance. There is a lovely farmers market on Friday mornings. It is a beautiful area for walking or biking and centrally located for many day trips. Patrice went above and beyond to organize a wine tour for our group. Overall a perfect visit and can’t wait to visit again.

We arrived at this delightful house to a warm welcome from Laurence and Patrice…our French is woefully inadequate but Laurence speaks English so our introduction to Villa Pin Napoleon was easily understood. The house is as advertised ,lots of spacious rooms , clean and the beds were comfortable. We were 3 couples and though the village centre was literally down the road with several restaurants we actually ended up cooking most evenings and making use of the terrace and its dining table, we are all enthusiastic cooks and found the kitchen very adequate… the market on Friday is definitely not to be missed, there is a great artisan boulangerie in the centre and a small supermarket within walking distance from the house. The only negative was not anything to do with the house but the 1 evening we had a meal in the centre the Italian was chosen… you might ask why when in France but I guess we just wanted a change from all the wonderful food we had been having.. a change we definitely had -the food was terrible., although the atmosphere and the music made up for it.
If we visit the area again we would 100 % consider booking Villa Napoleon again.

An amazing house with everything we needed for a family of 3 generations to get together. Spacious, well appointed and beautifully decorated, great swimming pool and surrounding gardens. Close to the main square full of restaurants, bars and shops. Evening and weekly markets in the town were lively and well worth a visit. Our host Patrice was welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We would certainly recommend. Fabulous!!

We spent a week here with extended family and loved it. The house was beautifully decorated and well kitted out. The kids particularly loved the pool which was secure so the adults could relax knowing the kids couldn’t get into it alone. Bedrooms all very spacious and comfortable.
The location is great too. Monsegur is a lovely little town with a couple of great boulangeries and really good restaurants and nightlife.
We would come back.

Extraordinary stay, the villa is perfect. The whole family enjoyed the stay, especially the swimming pool, the pétanque game and the large, well-equipped kitchen.

The most beautiful holiday home in the best location! Perfect for our group of 7 adults and 4 children. The layout of the house is perfect and the decor is absolutely stunning.
We all had the best holiday and cannot wait to return!

What a wonderful villa, if it’s possible even better than the photos you see in the listing, just stunning with everything you could possibly need and more. Excellently kitted our kitchen with everything you’d need to cook lovely meals to enjoy on the terrace.
Monsegur is a lovely place with a lovely boulangerie / patisserie for your bread and croissants, sone nice restaurants if you want to eat out and a supermarket just up the road. A lovely part of France to explore too with Bergerac and Bordeaux nearby.
Patrice is an excellent host who met us on arrival and departure and was super responsive if we needed anything during our stay. Would 100% recommend this place.

We had an AMAZING time at the Villa Pin Napoléon for a special birthday occasion, with 12 friends. The location was superb, in the gorgeous village of Monségur. The property was 100m from the beautiful main square, where the main market is held on Fridays, and a much smaller market on Tuesdays. In summer, there are apparently night markets in the evenings (we just missed them). The beauty of the location of the Villa is that it is just a short walk each morning to go to the boulangerie for croissants, or to a bar / cafe for an aperitif in the evening. The main square has pretty much everything one needs (boulangerie, charcuterie / butcher, pharmacy etc). Otherwise it is just a short 10 minute walk to a decent-sized supermarket.
The house was just stunning. Each room was tastefully decorated with modern furniture and the whole house had a feeling of “luxe” about it. There were 5 main bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and each bedroom was beautifully furnished in distinct luxurious decor. The last bedroom had 4 single “pod” beds which provided privacy despite being a shared bedroom.
The kitchen was well stocked with 2 fridges, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee espresso machine, and everything required for cooking meals etc.
A highlight of the house was the billiards room where games were played well into the late night.
The house had many outdoor spaces to entertain – a main outdoor area with dining table, lounge and barbecue, as well as an upstairs patio for evenings, as well as the pool area. The pool was large with ample lounge beds.
We had hired cars and did day trips to gorgeous local villages – like Saint Emilion, the Abbey at Saint Ferme, and “the smallest village in France” at Castelmoron d”Albret.
We also had an amazing dinner on our last night at the restaurant Salle a Manger, on the main square in Monségur.
All up, it was the most wonderful, gorgeous stay at Villa Pin Napaloléon. The owner, Patrice was EXTREMELY welcoming and met us on arrival for a tour of the house.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this accommodation!

Only one word: Sublime!
Sublime in its upscale service: Materials, decoration, high quality amenities,
a thoughtful house to welcome many guests in an idyllic setting, under the discreet support of a friendly, considerate host,
Without a doubt, our best AirB experience, thank you Patrice!

Wow, wow, wow! The house, the village, and the hosts are exceptional!! This is probably one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The house is incredible – a lovely mix of old glamour and modern design. It is so spacious and easily accommodated our group of 10 from grandparents to kids. Each bedroom has its own bathroom en suite and there are three additional bathrooms throughout the house for convenience. There are many places to gather and there’s enough space to separate if people need some quiet time. The pool and patio are lovely as well and because the weather was so nice, we found ourselves gathering on the patio each afternoon for wine. The kitchen has anything and everything one could possibly need to cook up a masterpiece! We were initially worried that the town might feel too small but it was more lively than expected!! There are several restaurants to enjoy as well as little shops and bakery, butcher, patisserie etc. There are also markets that come weekly which are fabulous. The house is literally steps away from the center of the village so easy to walk to everything. We loved walking to the bakery every morning for fresh crusty bread! We had an amazing dinner at Le Salle a Manger on the evening that they had music in the square. We sat outside on the terrace and enjoyed the vibrant village life!! Everyone one was kind and friendly. It’s helpful to have a car to drive and explore the Bordeaux countryside. Laurence and Patrice are the nicest hosts we’ve ever experienced and are available if you need anything! You should book ahead for tours of some of the more popular places and many of the wineries offer a nice lunch or dinner but you need to reserve ahead of time. Overall our experience in Monsegur was amazing!!

Beautiful stay in a more than relaxing setting, the kindness of the owners is the same as the generosity of the villa, so perfect! I recommend this corner of heaven to everyone 😁😁

Our 4-day stay with family (8 adults and 5 children aged 11 to 1.5 years) went very well in this beautiful house. The spaces are well appointed and decorated with great taste.
In addition, its location in the city center is very practical while having a very peaceful environment in the garden and around the swimming pool.
Finally, the owners are available and responsive. To recommend.
