Pierres et Terroirs is a luxury holiday home featuring a private, 12 m x 3 m glass-sided heated infinity pool with far-reaching rural views, air conditioning throughout. Located in the small village of Landerrouat, close to wine tastings at local vineyards, with flexible changeover. A short drive from historic towns and villages, located in SW France.

Bedrooms and bathrooms (upper floor)

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and 1 hairdryer is provided.

Bedroom 1: Master suite with double bed (140x190cm), with a feature en-suite with roll-top bath and twin wash basins, all with views over the garden and the valley below. There is a separate WC next to this room.
Bedroom 2: Double room with double bed (140x190cm).
Bedroom 3: Twin room with two single beds (90x190cm each).

There is a luxurious shared shower room and a separate WC on the upper floor, and another WC is on the ground floor. Two WCs in total.

Cleaning, towels and linen

Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided and included in the price.
A complimentary extra supply of bed linen and bath towels will be provided for bookings of 2 weeks or more.

Baby and toddler facilities

One baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request. Please provide your baby’s bedding.

Kitchen and dining area

The open-plan living area is air-conditioned. The contemporary kitchen has an island, an American-style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a built-in single oven and microwave, a 4-ring gas hob, a kettle, a toaster, a Senseo coffee machine, and a cafetiere. Dining table and chairs with a beautiful chandelier. Large, contemporary sliding doors lead onto a wonderful travertine terrace with a custom-made pergola, providing shade from the summer sun.
There is a separate utility space with a washer/dryer.

Comfortable open plan living area with 75″ Smart TV. High-speed fibre broadband. Bluetooth speaker.

Heated saltwater infinity pool

Pierres et Terroirs has a luxurious glass-sided, heated saltwater infinity pool that is 12m x 3m and 135cm deep throughout. It has an electric roller cover for security. The first step is very shallow and spans the entire width of the pool; a further 3 steps lead into the pool.

Garden

The pretty landscaped garden has a travertine dining terrace with a charcoal Brazero grill for alfresco dining. For entertainment, there is table football and table tennis. With far-reaching views over beautiful rural countryside and vines, Pierres et Terroirs is a holiday home perfect for relaxing and unwinding in French luxury.

Off-road parking

There is off-road parking for several cars at the end of the garden, accessed via a side road.

Bread/pastry delivery

For an authentic taste of France, the attentive owner can deliver delicious fresh bread/mouth-watering pastries each morning on request. Just place your order the day before for delivery the next morning, and pay the owner in cash.
