Pierres et Terroirs is a luxurious holiday home with a striking 12 m x 3 m glass-sided heated infinity pool, offering far-reaching views across open countryside and vineyards. Fully air-conditioned throughout, the property is located in the small village of Landerrouat, close to local wine estates and within easy reach of historic towns and villages in southwest France. Flexible changeover days are available.

Beautifully furnished and finished to a high standard, Pierres et Terroirs offers elegant and comfortable accommodation in one of the most attractive regions of southwest France. The atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, making it an ideal setting for guests seeking privacy, comfort and understated luxury.

The house is set within the village of Landerrouat and is just a short walk from A Table cafe bar/restaurant.

Bedrooms and bathrooms (upper floor)

All bedrooms are air-conditioned. One hairdryer is provided.

Bedroom 1: A beautifully appointed suite with a double bed (140 × 190 cm) and a feature en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath and twin washbasins. Both the bedroom and bathroom enjoy views over the garden and the valley below. A separate WC is located next to the room.

Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with two single beds (90 × 190 cm).

The upper floor also includes a luxurious shared shower room and a separate WC. A further WC is located on the ground floor.

Linen, towels and cleaning

Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are included in the price.
For stays of two weeks or more, a complimentary additional supply of bed linen and bath towels is provided.

Baby and toddler facilities

One baby cot and one high chair are available on request. Guests are asked to provide their own baby bedding.

Kitchen and dining area

The open-plan living area is fully air-conditioned and designed for modern, relaxed living.

The contemporary kitchen features an island unit and includes an American-style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave oven, four-ring gas hob, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine and cafetière.

The dining area is centred around a statement chandelier, and large sliding doors open onto a travertine terrace with a bespoke pergola, providing welcome shade during the warmer months. A separate utility area houses a washer/dryer.

Living room

The comfortable open-plan lounge includes a 75” Smart TV, high-speed fibre broadband and a Bluetooth speaker, creating a perfect space to relax at the end of the day.

Heated saltwater infinity pool

The standout feature of Pierres et Terroirs is the elegant glass-sided heated saltwater infinity pool. Measuring 12m x 3m and 135cm deep throughout, it is equipped with an electric roller cover for safety.

Wide, shallow steps run across the full width of the pool, with three additional steps leading into the water, allowing easy access while maintaining clean, contemporary lines.

Garden and outdoor living

The landscaped garden offers several places to sit, relax and take in the views across rolling countryside and nearby vineyards. The travertine dining terrace is equipped with a charcoal Brazero grill for leisurely outdoor meals. For entertainment, guests can enjoy table football and table tennis.

Off-road parking

Private off-road parking is at the end of the garden, accessed via a side road.

Bread/pastry delivery

For an authentic French experience, fresh bread and pastries can be delivered daily. Orders are placed the day before for delivery the following morning.

Wine Tasting

A short 20-minute walk brings you to the family-run Château Jaron, where Caroline and Philippe offer a warm welcome. They produce excellent white, rosé and red wines, including cuvées aged in large clay jars. Many guests enjoy taking a few bottles home as a reminder of their stay.
