Pierres et Terroirs is located in the village of Landerrouat between Bordeaux and Bergerac, surrounded by vineyards and rolling countryside in southwest France.

The village has a local café-bar and restaurant, A Table, within walking distance of the property.

All bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are fully air-conditioned.

Bedroom 1: Double bed (140cm x 190cm), en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath and twin washbasins, countryside and garden views.

Bedroom 2: Double bed (140cm x 190cm).

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90cm x 190cm).

The upper floor also includes a luxury shared shower room and separate WC. A further WC is located on the ground floor.

One hairdryer is provided.

Cleaning, towels and linen

Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are included in the price.

For stays of 2 weeks or more, an additional supply of bed linen and bath towels is provided.
