Rêverie en Périgord is a luxurious adults-only holiday lodge with a private heated spa pool, hot tub, sauna and hammam steam room, just 3km from Eymet in the Dordogne, southwest France.

Rêverie en Périgord is just 3km from the historic town of Eymet and 23km from Bergerac. Other nearby towns include Lauzun 10km, Miramont-de-Guyenne 14km, Duras 23km and Monsegur 31km.

This luxurious detached property is air-conditioned and includes an office space, computer and large Smart TV with international channels. All facilities are private for your use.

Rêverie en Périgord is one of four neighbouring luxury lodges. Three of the lodges, including Rêverie en Périgord, are 5-star rated and offer similar facilities, while the smaller fourth lodge differs in size and specification. Each lodge is individually decorated and furnished. The accommodation is adults-only, although babies under 18 months are welcome.

The lodges are managed by the welcoming owners, who live in a neighbouring property just down the road.

Bedroom and bathroom

Luxury bedroom: 180cm x 200cm king-size bed with bed linen provided. The bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a Bluetooth speaker and Smart TV.
The door opens onto the terrace with far-reaching views. Electric shutters and blinds are fitted to the windows and door.

Luxury bathroom: Feature bath, walk-in shower, twin washbasins and electric towel radiator. Bathrobes, towels, slippers and a hairdryer are provided.
Fitted wardrobes are located just outside the bedroom, next to the separate WC.

Cleaning, towels and linen

Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided and included in the price. These are changed twice weekly.

Kitchen and dining

The air-conditioned kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery, mineral water, kettle, toaster, citrus press, oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine with a sachet of coffee beans, and a selection of teas and infusions.

A full-width window and glazed door provide beautiful countryside views. The door opens onto a separate terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the morning sun. Steps lead down to the lower terrace.

Office

An office space with a desk, computer and safe is provided for guests.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and there is a good 4G mobile signal.

Air conditioning in the bedroom and kitchen is included.

Private heated spa pool and hot tub

The private spa pool and separate hot tub area are both heated and are accessed from either the bedroom or the spa room.
The terrace has 2 sun loungers, 2 chairs and a parasol.

The property faces southwest, so the spa terrace enjoys sunshine for much of the day and beautiful sunset views.
The spa pool and hot tub are open and heated year-round.

Private spa room with hammam steam room

The private spa room includes a hammam steam room and large walk-in shower.

Private sauna

A private wooden pod sauna is located just outside the spa room.

Outside terraces, garden and parking

There are several terrace areas. A terrace from the kitchen leads down via steps to a lower terrace spanning the width of the lodge.
There is also an additional deck in the garden with a seating area and hammock.
The main upper spa terrace is accessed from the bedroom and spa room and has chairs, sun loungers and shade.

The lodge is surrounded by lawned areas with planted borders and art installations.
There is plenty of off-road parking, including a large private parking space close to the path leading to the front door. The private gated driveway serves all four lodges.

Accessibility information

Rêverie en Périgord may be suitable for some wheelchair users and guests with reduced mobility, although it has not been specifically adapted for wheelchair use.

There is step-free access into the lodge and no steps inside. Doorways are wide, the bathroom has a sliding door, and there is generous circulation space next to the WC. The kitchen includes a lower table/worktop area.

There is easy access to the kitchen and bedroom/spa terrace. The spa room and hammam are also accessible without internal steps.

Please note that there are no specific accessibility adaptations such as grab rails. The sauna is not wheelchair accessible because of the steps leading to it.

The garden slopes towards the lower terrace and includes uneven grass, so this area may not be suitable for wheelchair users.

The private parking space is close to the entrance, with a relatively flat, step-free route to the front door. The driveway gates are electrically operated.
