Villa Cabris is a contemporary holiday home located amongst ancient olive groves near the charming hill top town of Cabris, with views of Cannes and Antibes.

Suitable for up to 8 adults plus children.

The villa boasts spectacular views over the valley towards the Mediterranean with Cannes and Antibes in the distance. There are two very nice villages, Cabris and Speracedes, within 15 – 20 minutes walking distance (steep hilly walking). Cabris is a pretty hilltop town where several restaurants are ranging from a pizzeria to high-level dining, small shops including a boucherie, boulangerie, epicerie and a Tourist Information office.
Speracedes is smaller and has a small epicerie, bar/restaurant and tennis courts. There is also a golf course 4km away.

Bedroom 1 (main living floor)
King size bed (160cm x 200cm). Dual aspect windows with wonderful views over the valley and ocean in the distance.
Chest of drawers and hanging hooks on the wall as well as a coat rack. Next to a wc and opposite the shared bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, vanity unit and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2 (main living floor)
King size bed (160cm x 200cm) and bunk bed suitable for two children up to approximately 10 years old. Chest of drawers and hanging rail. Window with views over terrace and pool.
Next to a wc and the separate shared bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, vanity unit and heated towel rail.

Double bedroom 3 (lower floor)
King size bed (160cm x 200cm) . French doors open to the pool terrace and window with views over the valley and ocean in the distance.
En-suite shower room with rainfall shower, in-shower lighting and radio, heated towel rail, washbasin and wc.

Twin room 4 (lower floor)
Twin beds (90cm x 200cm each). Window with view of the valley and ocean in the distance.
Next to a shower room with shower, washbasin, wc and electric heater.

There are 3 bath/shower rooms in total. 3 wc in total, one being separate.

Kitchen (main living floor)

The modern fitted kitchen has facilities including a dishwasher, built-in electric oven with grill, halogen hob with 4 rings, microwave, large built-in fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with milk boiler. A door leads onto the wonderful sunny dining terrace which has a spectacular vista over the valley and to the ocean in the distance, the perfect spot for every meal of the day!

Laundry area with washing machine, iron & ironing board.

Living room (main living floor)

The comfortable and contemporary lounge looks over the dining terrace through a large opening door with wonderful views over the valley and Cannes in the distance. Set around a working fireplace with a large sofa, dining table and chairs for 4 people. There is a smart TV with mainly French channels and a few international channels, Netflix and Chromecast connection. Bluetooth speaker system. The lounge also has air conditioning.

Dining Terrace (main living floor)

This is a truly spectacular spot to enjoy any meal of the day, the large dining table comfortably seats 8 people and has a gas BBQ and sunblind.  Whether it’s breakfast or evening cocktails this is definitely the heart of the villa.

Cleaning/towels/linen

Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are included in the price.

Heated swimming pool

The heated pool* measures 3m x 7m and has a constant depth of 1.6m and is secured by an alarm.  There are ladder steps into the pool at one end and it has an alarm. It is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and a shower, all with great views.

The pool is open from the beginning of April until the beginning of November and is cleaned every week.

*Pool heating is included from the last week in May until the last week in September, all other weeks pool heating is charged at €100 per week.

Garden and terraces

The property is surrounded by its own grounds. The property is on a steep hillside so the grounds are landscaped into terraces.

In addition to the pool terrace, there is another terrace area above the pool with a rattan style sofa, armchairs and coffee table – a great place for an aperitif!

Table tennis table on wheels that can be placed as you wish, in the shade or the sun.

The private driveway is gated and is easily big enough for 3 or 4 cars.

Children friendly

The owners of the property have small children so the house is child friendly.
There are stair gates inside the property as well as a stair gate on the outside terrace. Children’s cutlery, plates and beakers. Pool toys, child’s parasol for beach visits. Pushchair, high chair, potty, wc seat. General toys and balls etc.
Locally in the town of Cabris, there is a playground, Tennis courts, a large green space/park, a basketball court and of course lots of opportunities to buy ice creams!

Coast/Beach

There are many beaches from Cannes to Théoule sur Mer, Cannes harbour/seafront is 23km / 15 miles, Théoule is 30km / 19 miles. Antibes is 32km / 20 miles. Nice beach is 37km / 23 miles.

Local shops and restaurants

In addition to the facilities at Cabris and Speracedes, there is an excellent Intermache Supermarket close to Peymeinade 3.5km / 2 miles away.

Grasse is about 15 minutes by car and is famous for its perfume.  Perfume factories offer tours and demonstrations for the region’s visitors. In addition to the perfumeries, Grasse’s other main attraction is the 11th-century Cathedral. Inside there are works by Rubens and one by Jean-Honoré Fragonard, a French painter native of the town.

There is an annual Fête du Jasmin or La Jasmine, at the beginning of August. Decorated floats drive through the town and the people on board throw flowers into the crowd. Garlands of jasmine decorate the town centre. There are also fireworks, free parties, folk music groups and street performers. There is also an annual international exhibition of roses (“Expo Rose”) held in May each year.
