We really enjoyed our week at Joli Fleuron. The house is decorated and appointed to a high standard with high quality beds, furniture and equipment so it was very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful but within very easy reach of Duras with everything you need. A great location to explore the region with many popular towns close by. Our host Frederick was very helpful and friendly and gave us ideas and suggestions as well as being easy to contact, that made our stay even better. Highly recommended host and property.
Just back from a back from a wonderful week in Jolifleuron. The house was beautiful and so well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. The pool area was fabulous and so well appointed . Frederic was so very helpful and available to answer all our queries. A lovely gift was awaiting me on our arrival to mark my upcoming milestone Birthday which was very thoughtful . I would highly recommend a stay in Jolifleuron
Anne
My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Joli Fleuron. The house is perfect for a group our size (7). It is spacious, the en suite bedrooms are really well maintained, as is the open plan kitchen and elegant living room. There is lots of outdoor garden furniture, which we appreciated. The pool is very well looked after and the garden around the house is beautiful. There was nothing we would change. I would highly recommend the Joli Fleuron to anyone looking stay in the Lot et Garonne area – so much so that we might try and go back next year ourselves.
A big thanks to you for making it such a memorable holiday.
Thanks very much
Many thanks for a such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in rural south west France!
Joli Fleuron is a spectacular property that catered incredibly well for the needs of our multigenerational party. The grounds of the house are vast. Our family greatly enjoyed the heated pool, table tennis and relaxing in the wonderful garden.
The rental experience was very straight forward from beginning to end. I can’t thank the property manager, Frédéric enough. He has a very agreeable manner, is incredibly responsive and always helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
We stayed at Joli Fleuron in July with our daughter, husband and 3 young children under 3. This is our second stay, the first being pre-Covid and we were delighted to see the standards at this wonderful property are as high as ever. It is a perfect place to relax and completely safe for children including toddlers. Hugely spacious and well equipped inside, the outside is beautiful with everything you need for a holiday. With Duras with it’s shops, restaurants and markets only 5 minutes drive away, it really is a perfect spot!
Very relaxing and peaceful holiday with our 2 babies in this beautiful maison de maitre !
Great pool, beautiful house, very warm welcome from Frédéric.

We came with our baby and it was just perfect and very relaxing.
We loved the pool and the terrace.
We came for the birthday of my mam together the rest of the family.
The house is very comfortable and relaxed, we could even use the chimney.
We’ve welcomed by Frédéric and its great flower arrangements.
We had a fantastic week. The pool was great, lots of space in the house.
Petra, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful house with us.
We had a great week at Joli Fleuron. The house is huge and very comfortable. The heating was working perfectly but we couldn’t use the pool as it was too cold.
Thanks Frédéric to all your attention to little details, we will definitely come back.
Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful french house for a week. What an amazing base camp to explore from! Would love to come and stay again!
Our second year at Joli Fleuron and just as much fun as the first. Major water battles in the pool, soaking up the sun, table tennis, archery on the lawn. We boogied at the night market and had lovely meals on the terrace sampling the area’s wines. Hopefully see you next year for round 3!
We have just finnished a magical two week stay at Joli fleuron. Particualr highlights include dinner on the terrace watching the sunset with a bottle of pink, night markets, swiming in the pool and seeing the Milky Way whilst star gazing!
So we came back again this year. Once again we spent loads of fun family time by the pool, played loads of badminton and frisbee and barbecued every night. Loved the house again this year and enjoyed some really special happy times. Dare we make it three years in a row?!
The surroundings are delightful, the house is very well-equipped and John and Debbie are amazing hosts. We would truly recommend your villa!
Thank you for a wonderful stay in Joli Fleuron – we loved it! A beautiful house in a beautiful area.

We had a fabulous time at Joli Fleuron and probably spent more time in the house because we didn’t want to leave! Managing to provide luxury yet be child friendly – the whole family enjoyed the pool, games on the lawn, movie nights in the lounge and eating and drinking every night. All holidays should be like this! Perfect! We would love to come back!
Wonderful Time

The house is stunning, a lot of work and thought has gone into the detail of Joli Fleuron.
We had four couples staying as our guests from as far as Australia, Spain and Norway everybody loved the house.
It has a lovely laid back feel to it, the house is very well equipped for entertaining.
Would recommend Durras for the evening food market in the summer, local super market for essentials.
If its your first time driving in France don’t panic, the roads are easy not much traffic and less hassle than the UK life is a slower pace here.
The house is central for St Emillion, Bergerac and a little bit further Bordeaux.

Fabulous house with large pool in great location

We had an amazing week at Joli Fleuron in July 2016. The house was perfect as a base for an extended family get together. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and with every attention to detail. The surrounding area was beautiful – although we would have been very happy spending the entire week at the house, in the pool and drinking local wines! The owners were very friendly and helpful. We will hopefully be back in the not too distant future.
